Let us show you the steps you need to follow to publish a classroom training.
Write the name and description of the training.
Select the training type.
You can share the trainer and location information.
You can set the date for the training.
Proceed to step 2 and select the employees who will attend the training.
In step 3, you can define the steps of the training.
You can send a default survey to employees before the training to learn about their expectations. You can also set how far in advance the survey should be sent.
After the training, you can publish the 'Training Evolution' survey for evaluation. This survey includes questions such as whether the materials provided were sufficient and if the trainer was knowledgeable on the topic. You can also select the time for this survey to be published.
By generating a unique QR code for your training, you can easily verify employee participation through mobile phones using the Sorwe app.
Finally, after some time has passed since the training, you can publish a survey to gather participants' feedback. This survey includes questions like 'I am satisfied with the training' and 'I remember the information covered during the training.
If you're satisfied with the changes, you can save them.
You can retrieve training reports from the 'Training Report' section.
In the Training Summary, you can view details related to the training. On the right, you can find the QR code for the training. You can download and share this code in the classroom. Employees can scan the code using the 'Scan QR' feature in the Sorwe App to mark their participation. You can then view the participants who scanned the QR code in the 'Participants' section.
If you have sent surveys before, during, and after the training, you can view the results in this section as well.
