Effortlessly collect participation requests and streamline your processes by assigning relevant training sessions through Sorwe!
Go to the Learning > Learning Measurement section in the Sorwe Connect admin panel. On the next screen, click the Collect Request button under the Participation Requests box.
Enter the name of the training for which you will collect participation requests.
Describe the training content.
Select the type of training.
Enter the trainer's name and the training location.
Specify the planned training date.
Select the target sources.
Finally, click the Save button.
When you save this participation request template, a survey will be sent to employees.
Employees can view the survey under the Training box in the My Company Interactions section on the homepage or in the Notifications area on the homepage.
When employees click on the participation survey, they will first see the training content you provided. Scrolling down, they can click the Start Survey button and answer two questions. In the first, they can indicate whether they will participate in the training, and in the second, they can write any messages they may have before the training in an open-ended format.
You can review the results of the training request in the Training Attendance Requests tab under Learning Measurement by clicking the View Report button.
You can publish the training by clicking the Create New Training button and editing the steps of the training.
