On the Sorwe Connect Panel, you can access the Create a Quiz area by clicking Communicate > Quiz.
If you have a test saved as a draft previously, you can edit and publish it using the Use This Template button.
To create a new quiz, click the Create Quiz button.
Assuming we are creating a new quiz and proceed by clicking the Create Quiz button:
In the quiz content, write the quiz title and the description that employees will see.
Then, create your questions.
Write your question text in the text field. You can delete answer options using the minus (-) button or add new answer options.
Don’t forget to enter the score for the correct answer option. The total score from all questions must add up to 100.
If you open the Add Cover Image to the Question button below the question text, you can upload an image to your question like the example below.
With the Add Image Answers option, you can also create answer choices using images. It is possible to add visuals to both the question text and the answer options.
If you wish, you can explain the correct answer when employees answer incorrectly by enabling the Notify Employee on incorrect answer button and writing your explanation.
You can add a new question by clicking the Add Question button.
You can add a preliminary information text that employees will read before starting the quiz.
The quiz score (result) will be shared automatically with employees at the end. If you'd prefer not to share, enable Quiz Result Not Shared with participants.
To see how your quiz will look, click the Preview button.
If you'd like to make further edits before sharing, click Save as Draft—you can come back and tweak it later.
Finally, make sure the Total Available Score in the bottom right is set to 100, then move on to the next step.
In the 2nd. step, you can select your Target Sources to determine who will receive the quiz. Once you make your selection, the number of relevant employees will be displayed below.
In the 3rd step, you can choose when the quiz will be published.
If you don’t make any changes here, the quiz will be shared with employees as soon as you click Publish.
Alternatively, you can enable the Schedule for Future Dated button to select a specific date and time for publication.
In the 4th step, review the information and click the Publish button to share the quiz with your employees.
