You can find Competency and Personality Inventories under Talent & Performance section on the Sorwe admin panel, then you can start the inventory, which you want to launch, via clicking the “Start” button. (To exemplify, we have chosen the Full Report set.)

In the New Competency and Personality page you can change the title. At the same time you can add description in the text area in addition you can examine the questions.

Via “Add Option” button you can add preliminary information and also you can reach the Test Result Sharing option.

You can choose the target audience to whom is the Personality Inventory directed. You can forward the Personality Inventory to all employees of the company, or selected employees, or just a group.

In Sorwe different employee groups can be created and the groups can be selected as target audience for the Personality Inventory. See Creating a Group in the Admin Panel

When you determine the target audience, you can see the number of employees following, which can display the Personality Inventory.

You can set Release Time of Personality Inventory. If you do not fill this area, the Personality Inventory will be published by the end of the confirmation process.

When you fulfill all the steps you can publish your survey via a selection of “I approve the test” option and then you should click “Publish” button in order to publish Personality Inventory.
