After creating and publishing your test, you can access the reporting screen by following these steps:
Go to Communication > Quiz.
Click on the relevant test.
Click the Quiz Results button located under the test.
By following these steps, you can easily access and review your test results. ✅
On the Quiz Results screen, you can view the following information:
The average score achieved by employees
The top 5 employees with the highest scores
Note: The top score list is ranked based on the highest number of correct answers and the earliest test completion time. If multiple employees have the same score, the employee who completed the test earlier will be listed higher.
Additionally, from the Profile Options section, by selecting the desired profile, you can:
View the total number of participants for that profile
See the average score
Export the data to Excel
Under the Results by Participants section within the Average Score area, you can view the scores of all employees who responded to the test. If needed, you can also export this data to Excel.
Additionally, to see which questions employees answered incorrectly, you can use the Show Incorrect Answers button.
In the Results by Question section under the Average Score heading, you can:
View the number of correct and wrong answers for each question
Export this data to Excel
Additionally, by clicking the arrow icon next to each question, you can:
See how many participants selected each answer option
Review the score value of the correct answer
