How to Create Survey Questions?

  • When you go to Communication > Survey section on the Sorwe connect panel, click on the "Create Survey" button.

Step 1 : Survey Content in Create New Survey page;

  • You can fill in the "Title" and "Text" fields on the New Publish survey page.

  • If a survey with more than one question is to be created, the "Survey with Multiple Question" option should be selected.

  • You can choose answer options according to the questionnaire format you choose.

  • When you select the "Survey with Multiple Question" option, the field where you can select the question and options of the survey will open. Here you can select the question type and select your question and options.

  • After clicking Add Question, the New Question screen will appear. Here you can add "Title", "Description (Question text)" and "Answer Options" to your question. (up to 10 answer options can be added).

  • You can show your answer options in the form of an emoji with the icon that appears next to each answer option.

  • With the "Show Other Options" button;

  1. When the "Optional Answer" option is selected, the participants can pass without answering the question.

  2. You can add reporting category for your question from the «Add Reporting Category»

  3. You can define a condition to appear for your question with the option «Visibility by condition" (For example, directing question 2 to those who give a specific answer for question 1)

4. With «Multiple Answer Option» , you can enable your employees to choose more than one answer option.

  • You can add your question with the Add button.

  • All added questions are listed one under the other. A preview of each question is seen here. If desired, the question can be deleted, edited or copied.

  • After the survey questions are completed, preview can be made with the Preview button below. With the Save As Draft, the survey cannot be published, but can be saved in "Survey Drafts".

  • With the «Add Preliminary Information» button, the preliminary text for the survey can be seen by the employees before starting the survey.
