The Usage Report is an analytics area designed to measure how effectively your organization is using Sorwe.

With this report, you can:

  • Analyze which features employees use and how frequently,

  • Gain insights into the overall health of product usage,

  • Easily identify which areas you should focus on to increase engagement.

The Usage Report helps you get the maximum value from Sorwe.

👉 To access the Usage Report:
You can follow these steps in the Sorwe Admin Panel: Settings > Account > Usage Report > View Report.

In the Usage Report, you can select the time period you want to view from the top-right corner (all year, last year, last month, this month).

Health Score

The Health Score is an efficiency score calculated based on your activities and interactions, showing how effectively both authorized users and employees are using Sorwe.

It is calculated using almost all activities performed on Sorwe, including actions by authorized users and employees, internal communication tools (such as surveys and stories), and mobile intranet document usage.

Even if you do not use all the features included in your package, you will still receive partial points based on your current usage. Celebrations of special days or unpublished content do not affect your score.

The Health Score is displayed in two parts—authorized user efficiency and employee usage efficiency—and provides a weighted average as your total score.

For example, a score of 70% does not automatically indicate whether usage is good or bad. To make a meaningful evaluation, you should review the detailed report and analyze usage patterns of both authorized users and employees.

The Health Score should not be used as a standalone evaluation metric; usage details, engagement, and stickiness reports should also be reviewed together for a comprehensive assessment.

Employee Size and Active Employees

Employee Size:
Shows the maximum total number of employees registered in the system during the selected period. This number includes all employees, whether they have logged in or not, and consists of data uploaded by HR or imported via integrations.

Active Employees:
Shows the number of users who logged into the system during the selected period. Users do not need to perform any specific activity—simply logging into Sorwe is sufficient to be counted as active.

Stickiness

Stickiness is a metric that shows how engaged employees are with Sorwe. Employees’ logins and interactions with the application (such as reading announcements or viewing stories) directly affect this score.

You can view the average Stickiness of your employees in the Usage Report. For example, a stickiness rate of 50% means that your employees actively used the Sorwe application on 15 out of 30 days during that month.

To view the Stickiness data for each individual employee, click on Stickiness in the Usage Summary on the Sorwe Admin Panel homepage.
You can export this data to Excel.

For example, if an employee logs into Sorwe on 10 days in a month, their stickiness value will be 10/30.
This allows you to easily track whether employees are using the platform regularly.

Participation

Participation is calculated as the ratio of the number of people who engage with a post to the number of people who receive that post.

For example, if a survey is sent to 100 people and only 10 people participate, the engagement rate is 10%. This illustrates how engagement is measured based on the number of recipients.

The data below shows your company’s overall engagement data in Sorwe. By clicking on it, you can view year-based engagement data by content type.

At the bottom of the page, you can review the Attendee Ratio.

Usage Statistics

Usage statistics show how many times content within each module has been published and how many employees have viewed that content.

From this area, you can review detailed usage data by module and create action plans based on feature adoption and engagement.

Not Logged In Employees

You can view employees who have been added to Sorwe but have never logged in as users via the Admin Panel.

On the homepage, click Not Logged Employees under the Usage Summary section.

On the page that opens, you can access the list of employees who have not logged in.
You can export this employee data to Excel or analyze it using a pivot table.
