With Sorwe's completely revamped gamified badge system, your employees' actions within the app become more fun, rewarding, and visible! 🎯✨
Thanks to this exciting update, they can earn badges 🏅 in various categories, tracking both their professional growth 📈 and in-app engagement on Sorwe. 🚀
Your employees can earn Sorwe badges in 3 main categories:
Active App Badges: Awarded based on in-app interactions, with opportunities to level up over time. 🎯
Automatic Badges: Automatically granted according to predefined rules, without any user action required. ⚙️
Custom Company Badges: Special badges defined and manually awarded by your company to recognize employee achievements. 🏆
Your employees can view the badges they have collected on the My Account > My Badges page of the Sorwe mobile and web applications, and they can track their company interactions within Sorwe through the badge details.
In your Connect panel, you can track your employees' journey through the leveled badges on the Settings > Account > Badges page.
Additionally, on the detailed report screen, you can monitor the number and levels of badges on an individual employee basis. You can download this report in Excel format.
From the same page, you will also be able to assign custom-defined badges to your employees with Assign Badge to Employee(s) buton.
