Employees can view all evaluation results and performance scores for the performance period directly through their Sorwe app. They can also review the feedback provided by their managers on the same screen, allowing them to gain a comprehensive understanding of their performance process.
Let’s take a look at how employees see these details:
Employees can open the relevant performance template within their Sorwe app and view the score they received at the end of the evaluation.
By tapping on their performance score, they can examine score breakdowns, manager feedback, and the scores they received for their goals.
Employees can also view their scores and performance status for each performance template separately under My Career > Performance within the Sorwe app.
When they tap on a score, they will be directed to the relevant performance template.
If the score is not configured to be shared with the employee, it will remain hidden—even if the performance process has been completed.
Personal Score Cards
You can create integrated score cards by combining one or more performance evaluations, competency assessments, and 360-degree reviews conducted throughout the year.
For example, you may define separate performance templates for mid-year evaluations and then generate a single overall score based on the average of all these templates at the end of the period. You can use the Personal Score Cards feature to achieve this.
Competency and 360-degree evaluations can also be included in the scorecard.
To set this up, go to the performance screen and click on the Personal Score Cards tab on the right side. From here, you can create a new score card template and include any evaluations you want.
You can select the evaluation templates you want to include and assign weighting to each one.
You can also choose whether the employee will be able to view their scorecard.
Finally, save your settings.
To view the Personal Score Card Reports, go to the area where the templates you created are listed, click the Reports button for the relevant template, and then you can view the reports of each employee individually.
Click the Generate Reports button to create the Personal Score Card reports.
Employees can view their Personal Score Cards in the Sorwe app under Home > My Career > Performance.
