How to Import Goals From Excel in Performance?
Click on Performance & Talent > Performance on the Sorwe admin panel. On the screen that opens, click on the Options > Import Goals From Excel button on the template you want.
Excel cannot be uploaded to the performance template that has not yet been assigned with the Company Main Goal.
With the Download Goals button on the screen that comes up, you can download the detailed list of the current goals entered so far.
Click the Upload Goals button to start uploading the targets.
Select the Excel file you want to upload with the Select File button and start the upload.
You can download the Sample Excel Template by clicking the Download Goals button. You can edit and upload your own goals and actions via this file. Or you can get the file below.
In the Excel you will edit, the main goals must also be defined in the excel list or in the system beforehand.
Goals linked to main goals that are not in Excel or among existing goals will not be transferred.
You can start the process with the Yes button.
