How to assign 360° Evaluation Template to the employees?

The 360 Evaluation Templates appear in the list of 360 templates. It can be edited using the edit option before assigning it to employees.

  • The evaluators of the template created determined by the option of “Assign to Teammate”.

  • Two different methods are used to determine 360 evaluators: Network Diagram & via Excel File.

1. NETWORK DIAGRAM:

Using Network Diagram option, employees registered in Sorwe are analyzed based on position and manager information, and all employees in the selected group line up with this information (as your organization schema).

If the information about the employees, such as their department and manager, is correct in the system, a diagram will be created based on the organization schema.

You have the option to select the Target Sources for your 360 evaluation, as well as the Evaluation Groups who will carry out the assessment.

If the Add Approval Process is selected, after the approval of the reviewee, manager or determined HR Partner related with the employee, 360 evaluation will be forwarded to the employee.

After clicking the Create Diagram button, you can examine the table below.

In the table that results, you have the ability to execute actions like removing and incorporating evaluators or ignoring the evaluation group.

Finally, you can redirect with the Distribute Now button.


2. EXCEL FILE:

By Excel File, sample assigning template can be filled and uploaded into the system for each employee with the information of the manager, subordinate, and peers as below: (You can find the excel example at the bottom of the page.)

Each line should contain the name of a single employee to be evaluated. Information about that employee's manager, subordinate, and peers can be entered into the relevant cells.

For instance, if the following Excel is loaded into the system, the employee to be evaluated is: April, the manager to evaluate her is: Ian, her subordinates are: Karina and Robert, her peers are: Olivia, Justin and Celine.

After selecting the Excel file, you need to match the titles in Excel with the titles in the system. It is not mandatory to select columns that do not contain evaluators. For example, since there is no evaluator as an internal customer in this excel, no matching was made.

Finally, you can redirect with the Distribute Now button.


If you want to download the diagram obtained from the organization chart in the system as Excel, you can click the Generate Excel button.

After selecting the Target Source, you can determine the Evaluation Groups.

You can click on the Generate Excel button by entering the number you want the system to return min. for that group.

Your Excel file will be exported automatically. After editing this file, you can upload it to the system as in the steps mentioned above.
