How To Create A Position Match Analysis?
To realize the Position Match Analysis, firstly click on Talent & Performance > Assessment Center. Then click the "Start" button in the Discover the Right Candidates field.
The name of the job description and the information of the users who will make the evaluation must be entered. Users to evaluate must be min. 2 and max. 6 people.
In the 2nd step, Personality and Competency Inventory will be already selected. You can also choose Numeric and / or Verbal tests according to your preference.
After you select the option "I approve the task compliance analysis" in step 3, you save the analysis with the save button.
