How to Create an Onboarding Program?
Go to Learning module and Orientation section from Sorwe left menu on the panel and click on the "Create New" button.
You can create more than one onboarding template here for all employee groups whose onboarding process needs to be designed differently.
You can fill the related areas how you prefer Template Name, Description and Preliminary Information.
You can also create different steps for your onboarding program. You can select the duration. Then you can add survey, documents, e-learnings, videoas and tasks for each step.
Lastly, you can save the onboarding template.
