How to Set Instant Feedback?
Click the Feedback > Instant Feedback field in the Sorwe admin panel. The number and name of the instant feedback icons can be edited and the sending limits can be changed with the Manage Competencies option on the page that opens.
You can change the instant feedback types in two ways;
You can use one of Sorwe's pre-built feedback templates
You can upload an images and name them and design your own feedback types.
1. Using Pre-built Feedback Templates
You can see the pre-built templates list for your instant feedbacks, you can choose different themes. The instant feedback you choose with the Add button is added to your existing instant feedbacks in the upper section.
If desired, the selected instant feedback template can be deleted with the red (-) button or it can be edited with the edit option.
After making all the changes about your instant feedbacks, you can save your changes with the Update Competencies button.
2. Design Your Instant Feedback Type
You can create your own instant feedback competencies by uploading images and naming them. Click on the uploading link shown in below in the field titled Instant Feedback Competencies on the top of the page.
On the Customize Competency screen that opens, write your competency name and upload the image you want to use.
Competency image should be 192x192 in png format and does not contain any border.
The new feedback type you create is added to the Instant Feedback Competencies field at the top. You can change your instant feedback competencies at any time.
After making all the changes about your instant feedback competencies, you can save your changes with the Update Competencies button.
Along with instant feedback, employees can also request feedback from each other.
You can activate the feedback request from the Activate App field in the Request Feedback card.
The limit number of Sending Feedback and limit number of Feedback Request are defined the same.
