You can select the committee members with the Committee Members option when creating a new suggestion category. You can review the article: How to Create a Suggestion Category?

In the Committee Wall area, you can see all suggestions for which a committee member has been assigned and directed to committee evaluation.

The suggestions coming here come with the option of approval / rejection. The status of the approved suggestions on the right can be changed to Waiting, Done, Cancelled options.

Committee members approve the suggestion (admins, sponsor, target date, rating, and the suggestion is approved through a screen consisting of the options to publish) on the suggestion wall.

You can direct the suggestions made under the categories to the committee by clicking on View > Approval > Forward to Committee butons.
