How to Activate User Identity Sharing in Suggestion?
There are 2 different options to make suggestions in Sorwe: The first is the Suggestion Wall, where the employees make general suggestions and are always anonymous, and the other is the Suggestion Categories created by the admins.
The suggestion wall is always anonymous. However, you can optionally de-anonymize Suggestion Categories.
To do this, we must first click the Create Category button from the Suggestion field.
Afterwards, you will see the screen with the categories you have created. After clicking on the category you want to change, you can select Edit button.
In the small window that opens, after you tick the "Allow users to share their identity" option, you can view the names of the employees who wrote the suggestions through the Connect admin panel.
Note:
It is essential that the answers of the employees are kept anonymous within Sorwe. For this reason, it is not possible to share the answers and suggestions given by the employees with their names without their knowledge.
Therefore, if the employees make a suggestion to the non-anonymous Suggestion Category, a text informing them will appear on their screen.
Extra:
If you want employee identity to be shared for all suggestions made by employees, you can disable the always-anonymous Suggestion Wall and set only the Suggestion Categories to be active.
To do this, you can go to Settings > Account page, then deactivate the Suggestion Wall as the image below.
