When you go to the Feedback > Suggestions section, you will view the suggestions posted on the suggestion wall.

To view the suggestions made in the categories, you need to click on the "Switch to Other Suggestions" button. You can see the number of suggestions received in the categories, reply to the suggestions, approve or decline them.
