How is Education Created?

Click the Learning > E-Learning field in the sorwe admin panel. Than, you can click the "Login to LMS Panel".

Click "Add Course" in the Trainings field from the LMS panel.

You can fill in the Course Name field. If you wish, you can also add a description.

You can use the Add Content to Your Course button on the left side of the screen or the “This course is empty” button in the center to upload content to your training.

You can also upload your content using the drag-and-drop method.

For E-Learning, the upload limits in the LMS vary depending on the file type, as listed below:

  • ppt, pptx, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, csv, epub, gz: 200 MB

  • sql: 200 MB

  • txt, vtt, srt: 2 MB

  • gif, jpg, jpeg, png: 10 MB

  • mp4, webm, ogg, ogv, avi, mpeg, mpg, mov, wmv, 3gp, flv: 600 MB

  • mp3, aac, ogg, wav, mpeg, webm, wave, wma, ra, aif, aiff: 600 MB

  • SCORM, xAPI: 600 MB

  • swf: 600 MB

  • zip: 200 MB

You can determine how the content you added will be completed by employees. To do this, click the three-dot icon next to the content and then select the Unit Options button.

Employees can complete the content by clicking the Complete button, at the end of a specified duration, or after answering a question you define.

If you select the After a period of time option, you must specify a time period.
If you select the With a question option, the relevant field will automatically appear so you can add your question.

You can use the Add button to include additional content in your training.

  • Under the Standard Content option, you can add web content, videos, audio files, presentations/documents, and iframes.

  • From the Learning Activities section, you can add quizzes, surveys, and SCORM content.

  • Using the More option, you can create sections. If your training includes a large amount of content, sections will help you organize it and make it more clear and structured.

You can use the Course Options button to configure various settings related to the training.

On the screen that opens, under the Information tab, you can assign a category to the training. The trainings assigned to employees will be displayed under the relevant category.

You can also add an intro video to the training.

Under the Completion tab, you can define the completion rules. Additionally, you can enable the option to generate a certificate upon training completion.

Once your training is ready, you can save it by clicking the Publish button.

‼️ Clicking the Publish button does not mean that the training is shared with your employees. To learn how to share the training with employees, please review the article below.
