Can I restore a deleted employee in Sorwe?

A deleted employee cannot be restored. To add them again, you need to do it manually or via Excel import.

I uploaded the employee list, but some employee profiles are not visible. What could be the reason?

When you upload the employee list via Excel, ensure that the profiles match the corresponding profile fields. If these matches are not made, the related employee profiles will not appear.

For date-related profiles (such as birthday, start date, etc.), we recommend paying attention to punctuation marks.

Can I register employees with both their mobile phone number and email address?

You can add both pieces of information for an employee in Sorwe. When an email address is added, it is automatically set as the primary notification method.

How can I change the language of the Admin Panel?

To change the language of the Admin Panel, you first need to log out using the button in the top right corner. Then, on the Admin Panel login screen, you can select your preferred language from the options located at the top left. After that, log in again — the panel will be displayed in the language you selected.

How can I send a new password to an employee who is unable to log in?

You can send a new password link to employees who have forgotten their password or are receiving an “incorrect login information” warning.

In the Connect admin panel, click on the employee count (employee size) at the top right of the homepage to view all users.

Find the employee who is unable to log in, click on the three dots next to their name, and select “Send Password Link.” Only Connect admin panel administrators can perform this action.

A link to create a new password will be sent to the employee’s registered email address or phone number. This link is valid for 15 days.

How do I log in to Sorwe?

Suppose employees are registered in Sorwe with their email addresses. In that case, they can log in by entering their email in the username field and updating their password via the link sent to their email upon initial registration.

Employees who do not have an email but are registered with their mobile phone number can log in by entering their phone number (without the leading 0) in the username field and using the password set as described above.

Additionally, if the necessary configuration requirements are met, employees can also log in using their Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, or Apple accounts.

I'm unable to log in to Sorwe. What should I do?

As an employee, if you cannot log in to the Sorwe system due to an incorrect password, you can request a new password by clicking the “Forgot Password” option above the login button on the login page at https://app.sorwebusiness.com/.

If you are registered with an email address, the password reset link will be sent to your email. If you are registered with a mobile phone number, the link will be sent via SMS to your phone.

If you do not receive password emails, please check your spam folder. If the emails still do not arrive, you can contact your IT team to report the issue.

If SMS messages to your mobile phone are not received, you can check via the e-Government portal whether Sorwe is blocked in the Commercial Electronic Message System (Ticari Elektronik İleti Sistemi). If it is blocked, you need to remove the block.

Can I automatically add employees to groups?

There is no option to automatically add employees to groups based on profiles. If employees are registered in Sorwe with their mobile phone number or email address, you can add the desired members to the group by listing their information one below the other or by using Excel import.
