Streamline Your Leave Management with Sorwe ✨
With Sorwe’s leave management feature, your employees can submit all their leave requests directly through the platform.

With the Sorwe – Leave Management add-on, employees can quickly enter their leave requests, while you can easily view all requests and remaining leave balances on a single dashboard in the Sorwe Management Panel. This way, you eliminate manual tracking, making leave processes more transparent and efficient.

How can I request a demo for Sorwe – Leave Management?

In the Sorwe Management Panel, click Marketplace on the left sidebar, then select the Leave Management tab.

Click the Details button within the Sorwe Leave Management box.

In the pop-up window, click Try It! to fill out the request form and submit your demo request.

You can also contact your Account Manager to ask for a demo.

How can I view employees’ leave requests?

HR specialists with access to the Sorwe Management Panel can navigate to the leave section by following these steps: Marketplace > Leave Management > Sorwe Leave Management > Go to App.

How can I view the leave used and remaining leave balances of employees?

HR specialists who have access to the Sorwe Management Panel can navigate to the leave management area by following these steps:

Marketplace > Sorwe Process Apps > Sorwe Leave Management Go to App

Scroll down the page and click on the Leave Balances folder under the Reports section.

In this section, you can view the employee’s Total Balance, Used Balance, and Remaining Balance.

How can I update an employee’s leave balance?

If there is a leave balance that needs to be updated or added for an employee, you can contact your Customer Manager for support.

Can I delete an employee’s past leave records?

Employees’ leave requests can only be deleted if they were created for the current day. For example, if today is 03.02.2025 and the employee’s leave request is also for 03.02.2025, you can delete the request. Leave requests submitted for previous dates cannot be deleted via the Sorwe Management Panel.

If deletion is absolutely necessary for past dates, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

To delete a leave request for the same day, follow these steps:
Leave Requests > Details > Cancel
