Yes, you can conduct 270°, 180°, and 90° evaluations. You can select which groups—manager, peer, subordinate, internal customer, or external customer—should provide feedback.
Although our system allows 270°, 180°, and 90° evaluations, the employee’s self-assessment is always mandatory, regardless of which groups you select.

Our system distributes 360° survey questions in a randomized order. This approach ensures that all participants focus carefully on each question and prevents habitual responses that might arise from similar questions appearing in the same sequence. The goal is to collect more objective and reliable feedback.

An employee can only be added once to a 360° evaluation template. Even if the employee’s process is completed, they cannot be added to the same template again. However, you can continue to add different employees to the template.

There is no fixed duration for completing the 360° evaluation survey. The survey remains open until the employees respond, and their participation is awaited.
When creating the process template, if you selected Automatic under Report Generation Time in step 4, the report will be generated automatically once the evaluators of your employees complete their surveys.
If you selected Manual, even if the evaluators complete the surveys, the system will wait for you to click the Generate Reports button to create all reports. Alternatively, you can click the Complete button for a specific employee to finalize their process and generate their individual report.

Do the review notes added after the completion of a 360° evaluation appear in the report?
No. After evaluators complete their surveys, HR administrators can add notes in the Distribution Report > Display Reports section of the relevant template in the Sorwe Admin Panel, by using the Review Notes (+) button under the employee. However, these notes do not appear in the 360 report and are not reflected in it. They are kept in a dedicated area visible only to HR administrators.
