Can I save the survey as a draft to publish later?
Yes, after preparing the questions, you can save the survey as a draft. This way, you can view your survey under the Drafts section within the Surveys area.
If you want to keep a copy of the survey, you need to duplicate it before publishing.
While creating the survey, you’ll find a Save as Draft button at the bottom of each step.
You can access your saved drafts by navigating to Communication > Survey > Drafts.

You may encounter an error while publishing your survey if the following conditions are not met:
The first question cannot be optional.
The last question cannot have visibility conditions. If it does, you must add at least one more question after it — for example, an open-ended and optional question like “Any additional comments?”
An NPS (Net Promoter Score) question cannot be used as the final question.
If the survey contains only one question, a pre-information message will not be displayed.
Please make sure all these conditions are met before publishing.
