Boost Your Company Feed with Employee Sharing ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’ฌ

We've revamped the Sorwe app and your Connect panel, enabling your employees to share posts directly from the app. ๐Ÿ“ฒ

This feature not only enhances engagement but also empowers your team to contribute their voices effortlessly! ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

Your employees can now take a more creative and effective role in your company communication with Sorwe's web and mobile applications!

They can share posts, photos, and photo galleries (multiple images) in your company feed. This feature allows employees to present their thoughts, ideas, successes, projects, and important announcements in various formats to the company and their colleagues. ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ“ข๐Ÿค—

Thanks to this new sharing space, your employees can:

  • Discuss their projects and ideas with colleagues ๐Ÿค

  • Make daily updates to keep everyone in the loop ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

  • Share special moments from your events ๐Ÿ“ธ

  • Celebrate team achievements and boost motivation across the company ๐ŸŽŠ

  • Announce social activities and encourage participation ๐ŸŽ‰

  • Share ongoing projects to strengthen collaboration ๐Ÿ”—

  • Inspire others by sharing personal or professional stories ๐ŸŒŸ

This way, not only does internal interaction increase, but creativity is also encouragedโ€”making the possibilities endless!"

Effortlessly Manage from the Connect Panel:

Navigate to Settings > Account > Feed Settings > Posting Settings.

Choose Your Target Audience for feed posting access.

Select target audiences for employees to share posts. For instance, when an employee shares a post, they can choose to share it with the entire company or limit it to their specific department. You define the audience options for what they can share.

Shared posts go through an approval process and will appear in the company feed once deemed appropriate. We've also left the decision of whether to approve or reject the posts in your hands.

Go to Communicate > Company Feed.

By checking the 'Posts Waiting for Approval' tab, you can view the posts awaiting your approval. After clicking the 'View' button, you can either approve or decline them.

You can view approved and shared posts from the Employee & Company Posts tab. By clicking the View button, you can delete the post if needed.

Additionally, you can export posts from this section as an Excel file.
