Widgets are customizable data panels that visualize specific HR metrics. Each widget represents a different dataset and helps you quickly analyze the overall status of your organization.

You can fully customize your Sorwe dashboard to suit your specific needs. You can rearrange widgets, add new ones, or remove the ones you don’t use.
On the main page of the Sorwe Admin Panel (Dashboard), click the settings button located in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can easily reorganize existing widgets using drag-and-drop to prioritize the information that matters most to you.
Using the “Add Widget” button at the top of the screen, you can add different widgets to your dashboard. In the list that appears, simply click the plus (+) icon on the widget you want to add.
To remove a widget, simply click the cross (X) icon on the relevant widget.
To save the changes you’ve made, click the “Save Layout” button.

👥 Headcount
This widget allows you to view the total number of employees at a glance. It also shows the change compared to the previous month, helping you analyze your organization’s growth trend. In addition, it makes it easier to track newly joined employees. With the “View Employees” button, you can list employees and manage related actions.
🔁 Stickness
The Stickness widget shows the active usage rate over the last 30 days and allows you to analyze it by department. This helps you see which teams are actively using the platform and create action plans for teams with low usage rates. You can access detailed data via the “Go to Report” button.
📈 Attendee Ratio
This widget displays engagement rates separately for surveys, announcements, and e-learning content. It helps you measure the effectiveness of your communications and analyze the success of your processes. You can access detailed data via the “Go to Report” button.
🚫 Employees Who Have Never Logged In
This widget lists employees who have never logged into the system. It plays a critical role in tracking onboarding and adoption processes.
🎉 Birthdays, Work Anniversaries & New Joiners
This widget helps you keep track of employees’ birthdays, work anniversaries, and new starters so you never miss important moments. In this way, you can take small but impactful actions that increase employee engagement and strengthen internal motivation.
You can also configure these widgets to display data for a specific time period of your choice.
You can access the most up-to-date data by using the “Refresh” button, and easily navigate to the relevant employee’s profile via the “View Employee Page” button.
