Can I send reminders to employees for 1:1 meetings?
Employees only receive a notification when the 1:1 meeting is first created.
There is no option to send manual reminders within the 1:1 meeting area, and the system does not provide automatic reminder notifications.
Do the employee and manager initially see separate blank forms in the 1:1 meeting? Can the manager view the completed form after the employee has submitted their response?

If 1:1 evaluations are set to be completed by the employee, the form is first filled out by the employee. After the employee has completed the form, the manager can respond to it. While filling out the form, the manager can see the employee’s answers to the questions.
